MOA for ENT Clinic

Working hours: 7:30am to 1pm

Responsibilities:
- Front desk duties
- Answering phone calls
- Proficient use of EMR. Experience with Plexia would be an asset.
- Booking appointments
- Registering patients

Other office duties:
- Handling with scopes and tools (cleaning, disinfecting, autoclave cleaning, etc.)

Requirements:

- MOA experience or MOA certification
- Multitasking skills are strongly required due to the fast pace in the clinic
- Triage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency and comfort in using EMR, computers and Microsoft Office
- Professionalism, reliability and willingness to learn and adapt
- Language: English, Chinese will be a great asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
