Recruit Office Manager Assistant

Wordsworth Investment Canada Co. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant to the Office GM to join our rapidly growing business and expanding team. This position offers a chance to gain professional experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, while also enhancing your own value within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with local team and overseas business departments
• Communicate with company professionals (such as legal, accounting, investment consultants, etc.).
• Schedule and organize meetings and appointments as needed.
• Assist with ongoing projects and annual events.
• Perform various administrative duties, including organizing incoming and outgoing documents, conveying information, translating documents, managing daily emails and calls, and more.
• Maintain and archive important information and documents.
• Complete other tasks on an ad hoc basis

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills, fluent and proficient in both English and Mandarin (oral and written)
• Sense of urgency with the ability to respond and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities
• Responsible and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
