| 详情描述 About the role We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for a team player who has an acute attention to detail and is able to perform full-cycle accounting. This position will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and will be working with other members of the company’s team.
Essential Duties • Perform full-cycle accounting;
• Complete all A/R and A/P;
• Process payments and documents;
• Calculate WCB, GST, PST, Payroll and other compliance items;
• Maintain general legers and financial statements;
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;
• Manage filing and other administrative duties as required.
Qualification & Skills • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Education: Minimum diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience working with Sage 50, Quick Books
• Strong written and verbal skills in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Ability to work independently and strong team orientation
• Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced environment
• Strong detail orientation and numerical aptitude
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and during times of ambiguity
