• Holistic Therapist 55% $45-150/小时   RMT Therapist 提成 70% $90-105/小时

工作内容

• 进行客户初步评估，了解其身体、心理或情绪健康需求。

• 根据客户的个人目标，提供定制的疗愈服务，如按摩、灵气、声音疗愈或催眠疗法等。

• 依照法律与伦理标准，准确、保密地记录客户资料。

• 与其他健康与疗愈专业人员合作，提供全面、整合的疗愈体验。

• 向客户传授自我照护方法、健康生活技巧和可利用的资源。

• 有不断进修，掌握最新的疗愈与整体健康知识与技能的资源和培训机会。

任职资格

• 拥有注册按摩治疗师（RMT）资格，或心理学相关学历，或具备灵气、声音疗愈、催眠疗法等相关专业培训认证。

• 对健康与整体疗愈有充分的理解。

• 具备良好的沟通与人际互动能力。

• 具备富有同理心、以客户为中心的工作态度。

• 有疗愈经验者优先，欢迎热情的应届毕业生加入。

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify physical, emotional, or mental wellness needs.

• Provide personalized therapeutic sessions such as massage, Reiki, sound therapy, or hypnotherapy based on individual client goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.

• Educate clients on self-care strategies, wellness practices, and available resources.

• Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with best practices in holistic health and therapy.

Qualifications

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Psychology degree, or certification in Reiki, Sound Therapy, Hypnotherapy, or related holistic modalities.

• Strong understanding of health and wellness principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, client-focused approach to care.

• Previous therapeutic experience is an asset, but passionate new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
