• 檢查大樓系統及結構，確保其正常運作且狀況良好。  
• 診斷並修復水管道、電氣系統、牆壁修復及其他單元內必要項目的問題。  

職位要求：

• 具備維修經驗，住宅環境經驗者優先。  
• 熟悉水管道、電氣及牆壁修復相關知識。  
• 能夠診斷並解決問題。  
• 良好的溝通技巧、條理清晰，並能在最少指導下獨立工作。  
• 能配合緊急呼叫或不規律工時。  
• 加拿大公民、永久居民或正在申請成為永久居民的候選人將獲優先考慮。  
• 需持有有效駕駛執照。

Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician (Burnaby area) Preferred Capabilities:

• Perform checks of building systems and structures, ensuring they function correctly and are in good condition.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, wall repair, and other in-unit necessities.

Preferred experience and capabilities:

• Prior maintenance experience, preferably in residential settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and wall repair
• Capability to diagnose and address issues.
• Good interpersonal skills, organized and can work with minimal direction.
• Availability for on-call emergencies or irregular hours.
• Preference will be given to Canadian citizen or permanent resident or candidates working to become a permanent resident
• Driver license
