| 详情描述 Job duties:
- Data entry
- Office administration
- Document organizing and filing
- Oversea purchasing and replenishment
- Prepare product sales sheet to teams
- Processes associated with incoming and outgoing materials and products
- Prepare and follow up the contract
- Maintain and enter/ close PO (purchase order) files
Qualifications:
- Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an asset
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- 1-2 years of purchasing experience will be preferred
- Experience in similar industry administration would be an asset but not required.
- Be able to speak Mandarin and English (both verbal & written communication)
