Hi! My sister and I are looking for a roommate to share a 2B2B near Lansdowne Station in Richmond. We will be sharing the master bedroom. You will have the second bedroom to yourself and a private bathroom. 

The apartment is on a high floor (views!!) and will be fully furnished. Rent includes gas, hot water, a storage, and a parking. You will split the heat, electricity, and internet bills with us, and it will be  in addition to the monthly rent. Laundry is available in-suite. 

A bit about us:

1. I am 22 this year, just graduated from UBC and am working in downtown Vancouver. 

2. My sister is 19, and she is starting her diploma in September. 

The apartment is available immediately! We are looking for one person (strict limit!) who is willing to sign a one-year lease, preferably a female student or working professional that is 19 years old and above. No smoking or pets please! 

Terms:

1. 1/2 month's rent security deposit required. 

2. Responsible for a part of strata move-in fee. 

3. Obtain tenant insurance. 

4. Quiet tenants preferred!!
