We are looking for a passionate self-starter to join our team as a Commercial Mall Officer which located in Richmond to maintain and manage the mall operations on a daily basis.
Typical duties would include but not limited to:
· Responding to inquiries and requests by clients and resolving any problems or issues
· Manage and Maintaining the buildings
· Seeking quotations for repairs and maintenance
. Coordinating Contractors
. Supervise onsite contractor personnel
· Emergency response to calls
· Writing and sending out correspondence / notices - Bylaw Violations, Charge Backs, and Alteration Approvals etc. Arrears Tracking / sending out billing notices / invoicing and lien warnings
. Knowledge of strata bylaws
. Preparation for AGMs and monthly council meeting
. Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets
. Other general administrative duties depending on needs
. Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset
. Report to strata councils and work with Strata Manager
. Experience is an asset
