Based in downtown Vancouver HR firm is looking for a junior Recruiter Assistant . The ideal candidate has stellar customer service skills and Microsoft Office experience.
Working as part of a team, you will provide administrative and recruiting support to the team, working closely to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key Duties:
• Conducting customer service calls
• Updating and maintaining a database
• Team calendar management, scheduling appointments on behalf of Senior Consultants
• Drafting correspondence letters as needed
• Updating and organizing filing system
• Screening and referencing candidates
• Providing support to the team by proofreading documents, participating in daily meetings and taking on clerical duties
• Ordering office supplies as needed
• Filing documents on behalf of Business Consultants
• Back up Reception as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Previous customer service experience
• Team player who has the ability to work independently as needed
• Excellent communication skills
