Immigration Consulting Company Hiring Case Processing Officer

Location: Richmond

Salary: Basic Salary plus Bonus

Language required: Chinese and English

Ignite Immigration Consulting is one of the largest licensed immigration companies in Greater Vancouver area. We are dedicated to providing professional immigration legal advice to every client. We are now hiring a Case Processing Officer in our Richmond office.

Job Duties:

• Receive visiting clients
• Organize, processfiles and fill out application forms
• Coordinate and execute requests as instructed by senior staff members
• Communicatewith customer and ask for information and material when necessary
• Communicate effectively with marketing personnel
• Follow up the client's immigration case progress
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of client’s applications
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience will be considered an asset
• Permanent residency or Canadian status will be considered as an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent ability in handling interpersonal relationships
• Excellent English reading and skills
