Position:       Executive Office Administrator

Terms:           Full Time

Location:      Vancouver, BC

Position Summary:

Given the ongoing business expansion, MCCM is currently having an open position for Executive Office Administrator. The individual in this position will be primarily responsible for the administrative work in the office, coordination with the rental property management company, and a number of specific tasks as outlined below.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative work of the company;
  • Manage rental property projects - communicate and coordinate with different management companies;
  • Process and maintain files associated with Human Resources;
  • Process and handle the application and payments of employees’ social & health insurances, and pension plan;
  • Handel the fiscal report and business license renewal for the company;
  • Produce monthly payroll summary and report;
  • Develop corporate culture within the company, maintain team dynamic, and organize company events;
  • Manage company’s procurement, lead time schedule, payment terms, prices, and the preparation of purchase contracts;
  • Be familiar with the documentations for tender process, compile correspondences as per tender specifications and requirements, assist in the preparation of technical quotations and bid forms, coordinate with other departments to properly produce the tender documents by the deadline;
  • Assist supervisors for other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
  • HR management, administrative management, and other related knowledge and skills;
  • Experiences with property management, and rental property;
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in Human Resource Management in the similar industry and company;
  • Proven competences in Executive Administration, experiences with organizing large events, familiar with various office tasks;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills;
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail;
  • Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions;
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working without direct supervision;
  • Valid BC Driver’s License, and vehicle

 

Salary:           To be discussed and negotiated during interview.
