We have an opening position for Office / Project Administrator who will be primarily responsible for providing high-level project administrative support. If you have great communication skills, well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated person with excellent knowledge of MS Office, this job is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Organize construction drawings and documentation to support all ongoing projects
• Maintain and update standard project documents and templates.
• Support team with filing, scanning, record keeping
• Filing electronic & paper contracts
• Uploading and maintaining Project file
• Maintaining and updating quote tracking procedure
• Inputting data from sub-contractors/vendors into construction software as needed
• Managing and categorizing emails in the Sub-Contractor Quotation/Payment folder
Skills and Requirements
• Minimum Educational Requirements: Diploma/Associates degree in college or related work experience
• Previous construction industry experience is an asset
• Accounting Background is preferable
• Quick learner with construction/business software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin Speaking
• Class 5 Driver Licence ( Preferred )
