Kitchen Supervisor

Lee Yan Foods Ltd. located at Richmond center food court area is looking for an experienced head cook to fill the position of kitchen supervisor. The kitchen supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

• supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
• supervise and check assembly of trays;
• Supervise food counter staff;
• Prepare inventory order summaries for owner;
• Establish work schedules;
• Train staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies at owner’s absence;
• Ensure food service and quality control.

The preferred candidate have:

• exceptional communication skills and organization skills;
• minimum 3 years of experience as a head cook
• team work minded
• cook certificate is an asset
