We are newly based in Vancouver, BC Canada but our family owned Swiftlet nest farm have been supplying high grade Indonesian bird's nest to countries like China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the USA for over 20+ years.  Our commitment is to gain the TRUST of Canadian consumers and share the many benefits of consuming what is known as "the Cavier of the East".  

We supply wholesalers, commercial customers and individual consumers with 100% pure, NO preservatives, NO fillers, NO chemicals, high quality Indonesian white swallows nest.  Our bird's nest are hand cleaned with only water, absolutely no chemicals are involved in this process.  We fan dry the bird's nest and weigh to 150 grams dry weight (0.33 lbs).  Lastly we sterilize the nests (aka Retort) and package them in vacuum sealed packages for shipment.  

The sterilization process, also known as Retort, cook the nests to 100c-120c degrees Celsius for 1 hour.  Once sterilized, they are semi dried (30% moisture), vacuum sealed in their packages.  

There are several benefits with moist retorted bird's nest:

1.  Cuts preparation time by more than half!  Usually fully dried bird's nest need to be soaked in water for 3 to 4 hours prior to cooking.  Retorted bird's nest will only need to be soaked for 45 minutes to an 1 hour prior to cooking.  
2. Unopened packages can keep in the fridge for up to 1-2 years
3. Opened packages can keep in the fridge for up to 6-12 months
