We are seeking for a part time individual to fill the role of Office/Administrative assistant for our office in Richmond. The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to and prioritize multiple tasks, and be comfortable working independently and with a team. The position and role will evolve as the business continues to grow. Part of your responsibilities are as follows: General administrative duties – answering phone calls, organize filing systems and dockets, keeping work environment neat. Data and order entry Assisting with reports and working files Your desired qualifications: committed to quality work with an upbeat personality and good demeanor proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Good command of English and Chinese language Attention to details - ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills Self-starter, takes the initiative and eager to learn The position is available for immediate start..
