We are a chain restaurant group with head office in Richmond seeking full time contract Office Assistant from now until November 2017 for maternity leave cover.
Job Requirements:
• BCIT Students or graduates in Financial Management or Corporate Finance is preferred;
• Possess strong technical background and a solid understanding of financial software for reporting purpose;
• Possess good commercial awareness and business understanding;
• Possess strong problem solving and organization skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processes;
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an asset).
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will be under the supervision of V.P. Operations to participate in the preparation, consolidation of Company’s financial information. The duties include (but not limited to):
• Keep track of Company’s costing and prepare monthly reports for management review in a timely fashion;
• Highlight cost variances between estimates and actual costs;
• Using computer software to prepare required journal entries and reconciliations;
• Support the yearend audit process;
• Review ICW data daily and cross check ICW invoice and AR
• Review and execute continuous improvement activities.
