Hiring office Assistant As a rapid growth financial service firm base in Richmond, We are looking a full-time office Assistant who would like to contribute to our success by providing support and administrative duties as well as enhance our overall client experience to Join us.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry, filing client correspondence and statements, with a high level of accuracy
• Meet and/or exceed client needs and expectations through efficient and effective service
• Review, prepare and follow up new applications, transfers and all supporting documentation
• Assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients Requirements:
• Experience in a similar administrative role is a definite asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT).
• At least hold diploma certification in local universities. Business or accounting degree is a definite asset.
• Honest and trustworthy with the ability to confidentially work with private and sensitive information.
• Must have B.C. class 5 driver's license
Compensation:
• Commensurate with experience and dedication.
