| 详情描述 Property Manager Assistant
Location: Home Office Compensation: Salary based on experience We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to support the management of 8 residential units as well as relevant office duties pertaining to this position. This role requires working from a designated home office location. While weekly hours range from 20–30, work schedules may vary during the day or evening depending on tenant and client needs.
Responsibilities: • Manage daily tenant emails and communications • Respond to tenant inquiries professionally and promptly • Handle government-related correspondence and documentation • Maintain digital property and tenant records • File monthly bank statements • Assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks) • Support general office tasks Requirements: • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Gmail • Strong digital file management skills • Native-level English proficiency and Chinese speaking required
