Physiotherapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Indigo Wellness Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our thriving multidisciplinary team. We are an exceptionally busy, high-volume clinic with a consistent and immediate caseload. This is an ideal opportunity for a practitioner who wants to hit the ground running without the wait of building a client base from scratch.

You will work alongside a collaborative team of RMTs, Acupuncturists, Reflexologists, Kinesiologists, and Clinical Counsellors, providing integrated care to a diverse client base, including a high volume of ICBC patients.

The Opportunity & Signing Bonus
We are offering a signing bonus to the successful candidate, subject to the following conditions:
Bonus Payout: Payable after 3 months of consistent employment.
Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week, which must include at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Key Responsibilities
Assess & Treat: Perform physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a high volume of patients.
Caseload Management: Maintain a busy schedule while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Collaborative Care: Participate in a multidisciplinary approach, cross-referring with our team of practitioners to optimize patient health.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely EMR records in compliance with CPTBC standards and ICBC requirements.

Qualifications
Registration: Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
Insurance: Valid Professional Liability Insurance.
Experience: Experience with ICBC charting and protocols is highly preferred.
Communication: Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language (Korean or Chinese) is a significant asset for our demographic.
