About the Role

Red Chilli Szechuan Restaurant is looking for motivated and reliable Front of House staff who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with customers, and being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service

    •    Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately

    •    Operate POS systems for order entry, payments, and receipts

    •    Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders

    •    Handle cash, card, and online payments responsibly

    •    Manage multiple tasks during peak hours 

    •    Maintain cleanliness of front area, tables, and service stations

    •    Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders when required

What We’re Looking For

    •    Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy hours

    •    Positive attitude and good communication skills

    •    Comfortable using POS systems (training provided if needed)

    •    Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

    •    Customer-focused with attention to detail

    •    Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
