Foodservice Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Foodservice Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals within the assigned territory by providing superior customer service, developing existing accounts, and acquiring new customers in the foodservice channel.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice clients.

Grow base business through effective selling and execution of monthly sales initiatives.

Prospect, identify, and acquire new foodservice accounts.

Cross-sell a broad range of product categories including Produce, Condiments, Beverages, Dried Goods, Meat, Packaging Materials, Frozen Seafood, and other frozen products.

Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive business performance.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience (preferably in foodservice or consumer products).

Existing foodservice customer network is an advantage.

Fluency in a second language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese is required.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
