职位描述

2. 学历要求：高中毕业，拥有体育教育、运动科学或相关专业的大专或以上学历者优先。

3. 经验丰富：至少2-3年羽毛球教学或相关经验，了解青少年运动训练需求。

4. 资质认证：持有相关的羽毛球教练资格认证优先。

Job Description

1. Teaching Scope: Provide badminton training courses for elementary and high school students, teaching fundamental skills, rules, and strategies.

3. Event Organization: Organize small tournaments or practice matches to improve students’ competitive abilities.

4. Student Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust training plans accordingly.

5. Equipment Management: Maintain training equipment and ensure the facility remains clean and safe.

Job Requirements

1. Location: South Surrey.

2. Educational Background: High school diploma required; a college diploma or higher in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.

3. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of badminton coaching or related experience, with an understanding of youth sports training needs.

4. Certification: Relevant badminton coaching certification is preferred.

5. Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with students and parents, fostering a positive and supportive environment for students.

6. Safety Awareness: Prioritize facility safety and be able to manage any potential emergencies during training.

7. Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset.

Compensation
