CPA firm hiring accountant assistant

We are a public accounting firm based in Richmond, seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and communicative Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist accountants with daily accounting tasks
• Enter and verify accounting data (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
• Assist with the preparation of tax filings (personal and corporate)
• Communicate with clients, collect documents, and follow up on progress

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel; accounting or administrative experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, quick learner, and well-organized
• Degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field (Accounting major)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position at our Richmond office (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
