岗位职责
客户管理:维护客户账户,确保订单与账单准确无误,保证服务体验。 客户关系:与批发客户建立长期合作关系,深入了解需求并提供合适方案;向新老客户进行产品介绍和演示,推动成交。 市场拓展:通过电话与上门拜访主动开发新客户,扩大业务范围,建立稳定的回头客网络。 日常支持:协助办公室运营与物流,包括订单处理、库存管理、文件归档和电话接听等。 资料管理:整理并维护潜在客户与销售记录,保证数据准确。 展会活动:代表公司参加展会及行业活动,推广品牌并拓展市场影响力。 社交媒体:协助管理公司社媒账号,发布内容、与客户互动,支持市场推广并提升品牌知名度。
任职要求
英语口语与书写流利,能自如地与客户沟通及书面往来(必须要求) 1–2 年 B2B 销售经验者优先 熟悉韩国药妆、皮肤科或医美行业者更佳 热情可靠,结果导向,善于解决问题 出色的沟通与人际交往能力,擅长产品演示与成交 能快速与客户建立信任关系 必须持有有效驾照并有车辆,方便外勤拜访客户 能与总部保持紧密沟通,定期汇报销售进展
出差要求: 必须持有效驾驶执照并有车辆用于日常出行 适应定期外勤工作,根据业务需求可能会有短期出差

B2B Channel Sales Consultant – Korean Skincare

Through GOTU Skin Care Solutions, we provide Canadian professionals with advanced products, innovative devices, and comprehensive support to help them succeed in the skincare industry.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage customer accounts to ensure smooth invoicing and billing processes. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to both new and existing clients. Outside Sales: Proactively expand the client base by cold calling and visiting potential clients within the assigned territory. Develop a repeat-business customer network. Operational Support: Assist with office operations including order processing, inventory management, filing, and answering phones. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales, and client information. Business Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote the brand and expand market presence. Social Media: Support sales and marketing by managing social media channels, creating content, and engaging with potential clients online.
Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written English (required) – able to communicate with clients confidently and professionally 1–2 years of B2B sales experience preferred Knowledge of Korean skincare, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is an asset Energetic, reliable, and results-driven Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to present, promote, and sell products effectively Proven ability to build rapport and close deals Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local travel Ability to work closely with head office and provide regular sales reports
Travel Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Comfortable with regular local travel; occasional overnight trips may be required
