Case Processor - Immigration(Central Richmond)

Job Duties:

File family sponsorship, study permit, work permit, PR Card renewal and citizenship applications through IRCC portals;

Draft correspondence with federal and provincial government departments and visa offices overseas;

Translate legal documents accurately; Liaise with and maintain contact with clients & confirming case status;

Utilize knowledge of legal records and procedures to manage confidential materials and documents;

Input information into the file database and keep cases organized according to filing system;

Monitoring calendars and deadlines;

Inform client manager of relevant service fees.

Candidate Qualifications:

College or University degree; Work with integrity, self-motivation, and responsibility;

3 - 5 years of related immigration experience in a fast-paced environment

RCIC member or experience in paralegal will be a bonus asset，

Good knowledge of Windows,Microsoft,Adobe applications.

Fluent in Chinese and English in listening, speaking and writing.

Salary: $25 - $30 depend on experiences

职责： 办理客户的家庭担保移民，学习或工作许可以及BCPNP等的申请， 对正在办理的客人申请要保存并跟进更新。 要密切留意申请的进展和时间表， 完善客户申请的资料并妥善保存， 确认每个申请每个时间段的状态， 对保密协议和各类合约的签署保管必须符合法律的规定， 对于联邦、省政府或海外的签证机构的提出的问题要进行回应， 有效管理好客人或者中介机构的联系方法， 了解各种相关服务的报价，并与客人有效沟通， 翻译各种法律文件， 其他相关工作要求。

技能要求： 大学本科毕业， 诚实可信，工作积极，富有责任感， 有3-5年相关移民工作经验，并能适应较快节奏的工作环境， 是RCIC的注册成员，有律师行工作经验者优先， 熟练掌握Windows，Microsoft，Adobe等电脑办公软件
