We are currently hiring for the role of a Barista/All Rounder to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, food and customer service, ensuring that each guest receives an exceptional experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, sandwiches, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. If you're a coffee lover who enjoys interacting with people, WE WANT YOU! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment and utensils, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring all items are fresh and presented well. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery. Follow all food handling guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Skills Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food industry practices, including food safety and handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience with cashiering duties is a plus.
