We are looking for an individual to rent our newly renovated suite in a quiet neighborhood in the Suncrest area.

Close to Metrotown and Market Crossing

Bus route: #100, #116, #146 & #147

Single occupancy only.

Suite is partially furnished with lots of storage area, available on September 1, 2025. 

Utilities and wifi are included, share laundry available (daily: 9am - 9pm)
