 Warehouse Manager (Bilingual CH/EN)

Due to business expansion, we are now sincerely seeking a bilingual warehouse manager to join our team!

Job Title:  Warehouse Manager  

Salary Range  $78,000 -  $120,000 CAD/year

Key Responsibilities  

1. Full-process operation management

• Integrate the entire e-commerce logistics process: order processing, warehouse management, transportation and distribution, as well as inventory control.
• Optimize the daily operation of the warehouse, supervise the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, and ensure on-time delivery.

2. Team and performance leadership

Form an efficient team, formulate shift schedules, and provide training and performance evaluations

Implement lean management to reduce operating costs while enhancing service quality

3. Technology and Risk Management

• Apply a warehouse management system (WMS) to enhance the level of automation and process visualization.
• Establish safety norms, identify operational risks, and ensure compliance with zero accidents

4.Cross-departmental collaboration

• Link the procurement, transportation,and customer service teams to ensure efficient collaboration in the supply
• Analyze data such as inventory turnover ratesand on-time delivery rates, and submit a strategic report to the management

Requirements  

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (Preferred)

Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Mandarin & English

5+ years in 3PL logistics and warehousing management expertise, familiar with  in cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and WMS,

2+ years in management role and leading teams

Proven leadership, problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and physical stamina for heavy lifting

    推行精益管理，降低运营成本同时提升服务质量  

3. 技术与风险管控  

    应用仓储管理系统（WMS）提升自动化水平与流程可视化  

    建立安全规范，识别运营风险，确保合规零事故  

4. 跨部门协同  

    联动采购、运输及客户服务团队，确保供应链高效协作  

    分析库存周转率、准时交付率等数据，向管理层提交战略报告  

 任职要求

 学历: 本科及以上（物流/供应链/商科优先）  

 语言: 必须精通中文与英语（书面及口语）

 经验  

   5年以上3PL物流及仓库管理经验

   精通循环盘点、库存对账及WMS系统（如SAP, Oracle）  

 能力

   卓越领导力与问题解决能力，适应快节奏环境  

   熟练使用Microsoft Office及数据分析工具  

   可搬运重物及长时间站立工作
