inside sales account manager(export)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to sell our Fluorspar to TAIWANGLASS GROUP,. Taiwanese candidates are preferred.

Work Location: Home or office

Job Responsibilities: 

Mainly responsible for building the relationship with Taiwanglass group，
Explore other customers through B2B platforms, social media, search engines, and exhibitions and other channels.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on order negotiations, contract , and production progress and logistics arrangements to ensure the smooth execution of orders.

Maintain customer relationships, discover potential customer needs, and improve customer

satisfaction and repurchase rates.

• Be familiar with product knowledge and industry trends, analyze market trends, and assist in developing market promotion strategies.
• Coordinate internal company resources, solve customer problems, and deal with aftersales disputes.
• Qualifications:
• Having business connections with Taiwanglass.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able tocommunicate independently with overseas customers.
• Proficient in using Office software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
