Marketing and Sales Support Specialist – Join a Dynamic and Growing Team!
A fast-growing company is seeking a competitive and driven Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client development, data-driven sales support, and creative marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Development

Identify and research prospective clients.

Support outreach efforts, including appointment setting and follow-ups.

Assist in building detailed client profiles and tailoring customized solutions.
2. Sales Data Analysis & Support

Analyze monthly sales data and generate reports.

Support the maintenance of client relationships.

Prepare professional sales presentations and proposals.
-
Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
-
Track sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Marketing

Assist in executing online/offline marketing campaigns, trade shows, and events.

Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).

Draft marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and content for promotions.

Collect and analyze market trends and client feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Cross-Department Coordination

Liaise with design, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Support proposal preparation and monitor order progress.
5. Administrative Duties

Schedule meetings, client visits, and manage travel arrangements.

Organize and maintain records, documents, and client files.

Manage calendar and internal/external communications for the Director.
6. Other Duties
Remuneration & Benefits
-
Hourly Wage: $25/hour after 3 months of probation, less applicable statutory withholdings and deductions.

Payment Schedule: Semi-monthly.

Performance Incentive Bonus: Based on achieving KPIs, assessed semi-annually; paid monthly after 6 months of employment.

Sales Contribution Bonus: For client acquisition efforts leading to closed business. Bonus amounts will vary based on project size, profitability, and strategic importance.

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross earnings, included in the hourly wage. Vacation time must be scheduled at mutually agreeable times and cannot be carried over or banked without prior written approval.
