工作职责：1.在自己擅长的新媒体平台（包括但不限于：小红书、抖音、B站、YouTube、视频号等）进行吸引顾客为核心目的的内容输出 ；2.图文、短视频或者直播形式皆可；3.粉丝留言回复，维护私聊流量社群等工作；4.优化内容，增加阅读量，点赞量，收藏量，加强粉丝互动；5.对引流进入私聊的客户进行转化，促成签约合作 工作要求：1.要求有新媒体IP内容运营经验，运营过小红书、视频号经验更加 2.熟悉中国，加拿大新媒体平台玩法、规则，有经验的更加 3.具有良好文字创作，图片视频拍摄，快速整合信息，收集素材、创作内容，对Montessori和餐饮行业有基础认知者 4.具备团队合作精神和良好沟通能力、学习能力强，态度积极、能时刻保持沟通者 优先考虑。 5. 会说流利的英文和中文。

Job responsibilities: 1. Produce customer-attracting content on your new media platforms (including but not limited to: Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, YouTube, WeChat Video, etc.); 2. Content can be in the form of text, short videos or live streaming; 3. Respond to comments, maintain private chat communities, etc.; 4. Optimize content to increase views, likes, and collections, and enhance fan interaction; 5. Convert customers who are led into private chats into signed cooperation. Job requirements: 1. Experience in operating new media IP content, with experience in operating RedNote and WeChat Video preferred; 2. Familiarity with the rules and operations of new media platforms in China and Canada, with experience preferred; 3. Good at writing, taking pictures and shooting videos, quickly integrating information, collecting materials and creating content, with basic knowledge of Montessori and the catering industry; 4. Teamwork spirit, good communication skills, strong learning ability, positive attitude, and always available for communication; 5. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
