SALES ASSOCIATE - Metrotown - Part-Time

Offering a curated selection in Metropolis at Metrotown since 2010 of quality luggage, travel essentials, backpacks, handbags, wallets, and more, we're seeking applicants to join our friendly, customer-focused team! Working with us means you'll have the chance to gain valuable skills in a non-commission environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 20–25 hrs/wk (3-4 shifts/wk)
• Afternoon/evening shifts weekends and weekdays
• Comfortable with physical tasks: standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs (14 kg), climbing stairs/ladders, pushing/pulling boxes, etc.
• Punctual, outgoing, dependable, and a mature team player with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Welcoming and engaging customers, providing top-levelservice
• Handling cash and driving sales
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Performing physical tasks such as taking out garbage, unpacking heavy boxes, and handling luggage
• Processing shipments and fulfilling online orders
• Building strong product knowledge and confidently sharing it with customers
• Following company policies, procedures, and standards
