云水瑶皇家健康俱乐部（Aqua Royale Health Club）是一家集餐饮、健康养生、中医理疗、RMT注册按摩等综合服务于一体的大型高端休闲养生俱乐部，致力于提供全方位的健康与放松体验。我们的俱乐部占地约6万平方英尺，设施完善，环境舒适，是身心放松与健康养护的理想之地。我司现在希望招聘1位资深副总经理（Vice President）来加入我们的团队，具体岗位职责和任职要求如下：

岗位职责：

1. 为前厅、餐厅、酒吧和市场等各部门提供有战略眼光的领导，确保大家的工作都符合Aqua Royale的使命和品牌理念。
2. 打造一个高效、以宾客为中心的团队文化，鼓励创新，注重责任和运营的卓越表现。
3. 管理日常运营，确保服务始终高水准、环境干净整洁、品牌形象统一。
4. 以解决问题作为根本出发点，主动、积极地处理客人的投诉。
5. 确保每一位客人都能得到优质的服务，及时妥善地解决他们提出的问题，建立并维护与客人特别是VIP会员的长期关系与信任。
6. 制定和执行盈利与预算计划，控制成本的同时推动营收增长，实现甚至超越盈利目标。
7. 组建和管理一支优秀的团队，做好新员工招聘，培训和绩效管理，带领团队一起成长

任职要求：

1. 拥有至少10年高端酒店、康养度假村、私人会所或高端休闲场所等相关行业的经验。
2. 中英文流利（普通话），会粤语、日语或韩语者更佳。
3. 有成功管理跨部门团队（如餐饮、SPA/康养、市场推广、客户服务等）的经验。
4. 在财务管理方面有突出成绩，能够高效控制预算，并达成收入和利润目标。
5. 有管理多元文化团队和不同客群环境的经验。
6. 具备卓越的领导力、出色的人际沟通能力和良好的抗压能力

Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, high-end wellness and leisure center that integrates dining, wellness services, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, and RMT registered massage treatments. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health and relaxation experience for our guests. The club spans approximately 60,000 square feet with fully equipped facilities and a serene, comfortable environment—an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President to join our growing team. The specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic and visionary leadership across all departments—including Lobby, Restaurant, Bar, and Marketing—to ensure alignment with Aqua Royale’s mission and brand values.
2. Foster a high-performance, guest-centric culture that emphasizes creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.
3. Oversee daily operations to maintain exceptional service standards, pristine cleanliness, and consistent brand execution.
4. Resolve customer complaints in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service delivery by resolving guest concerns promptly and thoughtfully, while fostering long-term relationships and trust with customers and VIP members.
6. Lead financial performance by developing and executing strategies for forecasting and budgeting to drive revenue growth and exceed profitability goals.
7. Effectively build, train, and control the performance of a top-tier team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experiencein luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, private clubs, or premium recreation facilities.
2. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean is an asset
3. Proven experience overseeing multidisciplinary departments such as F&B, spa/wellness, marketing, and guest services.
4. Demonstrated success in financial leadership—budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profit goals.
5. Experience managing multi-cultural teams and guest environments.
6. Outstanding leadership, interpersonal skills and resilience.
