岗位职责：

• 接待餐厅顾客，引导入座并提供菜单介绍
• 记录顾客点单，准确传达至后厨及水吧
• 端菜、收餐、整理餐桌，保持用餐区域整洁有序
• 回应顾客需求，确保用餐满意度
• 协助完成餐厅日常运营工作，包括摆台、打扫等
• 如有奶茶/饮品操作经验，可优先安排至水吧岗位，制作饮品、奶茶等

任职要求：

• 普通话，英文流利（粤语，日语，韩语为加分项）
• 有餐饮行业服务经验者优先，具备奶茶/饮品店经验者可优先安排到水吧
• 形象干净整洁，服务意识强，性格开朗、勤快
• 适应快节奏工作环境，具有团队合作精神
• 可接受轮班工作，包括周末和法定节假日

Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, upscale wellness and leisure center that offers a comprehensive range of services including dining, wellness therapies, traditional Chinese medicine, and registered massage therapy (RMT). Our club spans approximately 60,000 square feet, featuring well-equipped facilities and a relaxing environment, making it an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are proud to have a professional restaurant and a specialty beverage bar, delivering diverse culinary experiences to our guests. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and detail-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our food and beverage team. Please see the job responsibilities and requirements below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, guide them to their seats, and present the menu
• Take orders and accurately communicate them to the kitchen and beverage bar
• Serve food, clear tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Respond to customer needs and ensure a satisfactory dining experience
• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including table setup and cleaning
• If experienced with bubble tea or beverage preparation, may be assigned to the beverage bar to make drinks and teas

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean area plus)
• Prior experience in the food service industry preferred; those with bubble tea/beverage experience may be prioritized for the beverage bar
• Well-groomed appearance, strong service mindset, cheerful and diligent personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong team player
• Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
