云水瑶皇家健康俱乐部(Aqua Royale Health Club)是一家集餐饮、健康养生、中医理疗、RMT注册按摩等综合服务于一体的大型高端休闲养生俱乐部,致力于提供全方位的健康与放松体验。我们的俱乐部占地约6万平方英尺,设施完善,环境舒适,是身心放松与健康养护的理想之地。我司现在希望招聘多位前台收银人员(Cashier)来加入我们的团队,具体岗位职责和任职要求如下:

岗位职责:

  • 负责前台客户接待,礼貌、热情地为顾客提供咨询服务
  • 进行顾客登记、项目介绍、会员卡办理及收银工作
  • 熟练操作收银系统,准确处理现金、信用卡、电子支付等交易
  • 解答顾客常见问题,及时反馈客户意见与建议
  • 协助处理预订、电话接听和日常前台事务
  • 保持前台区域的整洁、专业形象

任职要求:

  • 有良好的服务意识,普通话,英文流利(粤语,日语,韩语为加分项)
  • 有前台接待或收银经验者优先考虑
  • 熟练使用电脑及基本办公软件,有POS系统操作经验优先
  • 工作认真、细致,具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力
  • 能适应轮班(包括周末、节假日班次)

Company Introduction:

Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, high-end wellness and leisure center that integrates dining, wellness services, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, and RMT registered massage treatments. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health and relaxation experience for our guests. The club spans approximately 60,000 square feet with fully equipped facilities and a serene, comfortable environment—an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are currently seeking multiple Cashiers to join our growing team. The specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests at the front desk with courtesy and enthusiasm
  • Handle customer registration, service introductions, membership sign-ups, and payment transactions
  • Operate the POS system efficiently and process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately
  • Respond to frequently asked questions and relay customer feedback to management
  • Assist with booking services, answering phone calls, and managing daily front desk operations
  • Maintain a tidy, professional appearance at the front desk area

Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of customer service; fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese, Korean and Japanese are a plus)
  • Previous experience in front desk or cashier roles preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and office software; POS experience is a plus
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
