We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and process payroll, including ROEs and year-end T4s
• File GST/HST, PST, WCB, and other government remittances
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain and organize financial records and reports
• Liaise with clients, accountants, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax and payroll regulations
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working in a public accounting firm
• Familiarity with cloud-based bookkeeping software (e.g., Sage 50, Sage 300, or QuickBooks)
