We are US and Korea based logistics company, operating and located in Langley.

Job Description

• Customer service & maintaining continuous contact with existing customers through e-mails and telephone
• Coordinating/dispatching freight internally with the 3PL team & planning team (Drivers assets )
• Maintaining inside sales and pricing chart
• Monitoring and updating pricing
• Strategically coordinating deliveries and pickups of motor vehicles
• Communicating with customers for logistics needs
• Troubleshooting when variations occur during logistics plan

Requirements

• Experience in Intermodal and Ocean transportation
• High school diploma
• Advanced time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to communicate proactively
• Understanding of basic mathematical and geographical concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: #1-9494 198 Street, Langley, BC, V1M 3C8 

Salary: $50,000.00 to start, negotiable depends on related experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (8 hour shift)

Experience:

• International Freight Forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
• Marketing & Sales: 1 year
