Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to inspire young students in their artistic journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various art forms and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. As an Art Teacher, you will guide students in developing their artistic skills, encouraging self-expression, and exploring different techniques and mediums.

Duties
• Develop and implement engaging art lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and age groups.
• Teach techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, and other art forms.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and respect for individual expression.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
• Organize art exhibitions or showcases to display students' work to the community.
• Maintain an organized and safe classroom environment with all necessary supplies readily available.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art into the broader curriculum.
• Stay updated on current trends in art education and incorporate innovative practices into lessons.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience teaching art at the elementary or secondary level is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of various artistic techniques and mediums.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching are essential qualities for this role.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into the art curriculum is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the school community.
