The room is fully furnished, it has a single bed, bedside table, wall cabinet, garment rack and a desk.

Bathroom, kitchen area, and in suite laundry are shared. The building has a gym, swimming pool, sauna and concierge. 

$1,150.00 per month including electricity, gas, heat, water, garbage collection, and

Wi-Fi.

I do have a little Pomeranian.

No drugs, parties, pets, or smoking inside.
