OUTSIDE SALES REP ( FULL COMMSSION)

We are a local professional beauty supplies company, specializing in spa furniture, equipment, and disposable item. We are now looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales environment to join our expanding sales teams.

The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious objectives in customer development and revenue growth. You must be comfortable making cold calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective customers and new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, online chats
• Proactively manage opportunities and follow up with existing customer
• Close sales and achieve established quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements

• Outside sales experience – knowledge in the beauty supplies industry an asset
• Proven ability in meeting and/or over-achieving sales quota
• Customer service focused and engaging personality
• Strong phone presence and experience in cold calls
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
