Overview:
You will be required to handle day-to-day hardware and network support for both internal and external clients. You must be fluent in English writing and have excellent verbal communication skills. We are seeking an organized, customer service-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document client network configuration and issues.
- Work with sales to develop solutions.
- Develop an effective working relationship with off-site clients.
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoicing using QuickBooks
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Demonstrate the ability to tackle challenges and work independently.
- Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in Mandarin/ Cantonese (Assets).
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer (Assets).
- Customer service oriented.
- Able to lift a minimum of 10 kilograms.
- Keen on learning new technologies.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
