医药批发公司招聘退货专员

Return Coordinator needed：

Our company is a pharmaceutical distributor that is located in Richmond. We have more than 200 employees in Canada.

Daily Tasks :

1. Pickup customer returns, scan returned shipping label. 
2. Inspect returned items and process return paperwork. 
3. Send non-returnable/rejected items back to stores. 
4. Arrange driver pickup for out-of-town stores. 
5. Email customers for non-signed Return Form. 

Requirements:

• Local high school diploma or above, or at least 1 year local warehouse working experience.
• Basic English communication (keyboard typing, sending and replying outlook emails).
• Know how to print and scan documents. 
• Know how to open/search/copy and paste and rename files. 
• Know how to open, edit, combine, and save PDF files. 
• Detail-oriented and responsible. 

Other information:

Full-time only, 40 hours/week. 3-months probation.

Working Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM.

Wage: $18/hour
