- there is bigger heater in each room, so you can control the temperature in your room.

- unities and wifi and laundry are included ,
- many park spaces are right on our house

Important Note:
2 people are sharing one bathroom.

6-7 people are sharing a kitchen.

A. No pets, No smoking ,No drug, No friend visit and stay over.

B. Keeping quiet 10 am before, 10 pm after.

C. Do not wear out side shoes in the suite.

D. half month damage deposit.

E. two pieces of identifications for each person.

F. Inspection together before move in .
