We are seeking an experience dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental office procedures and Canadian dental insurance policies. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. This is a senior receptionist role and as such experience is required.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Cleardent
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Submit pre-authorizations to insurance for treatment
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as required

Experience:
- Proficincy in Mandarin communication is mandatory

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required
- Knowledge of cleardent is an asset
- Competent computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time/Part time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
