Experienced Accountant - Richmond

We are currently looking for a Full-time Accountant to join our team.

Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, who has experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications:

* Two (2) years or more as an accountant or bookkeeper.

* Proficiency in Excel

* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Conversational English

* Proficiency in Quickbook and Sage

* Highly organized and great attention to detail

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

* Full cycle AR/ AP

* Daily records of all trust and general account transactions

* Prepare and publish account statements (expense bills)

* Processing Payroll

* Maintain accounts payable

* Bank accounts upkeep

* Process bills

* Periodic overview of file balances

* Collect cheques

* Data entry and publishing

* Process monthly payables

* Additional responsibilities are required to keep your department running smoothly

Salary:

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 Annual salary, based on experience
