Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of local experience required

* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Conversational English

* Proficiency in Quickbook Online

* Highly organized and great attention to detail

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* CPA credential an asset 

Responsibilities:

* Full cycle AR/ AP

* Daily records of all account transactions

* Prepare and publish account statements (expense bills)

* Processing Payroll

* Maintain accounts payable

* Bank accounts upkeep

* Process bills

* Periodic overview of file balances

* Collect cheques

* Data entry and publishing

* Process monthly payables

* Additional responsibilities are required to keep your department running smoothly

Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000；based on experience
