Job title: BookKeeper / Secretary

A Management company is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join its team. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated person to take over in the past couple of years Ledger.

The workload has been able to be completed in 6 hours per day, 3 days a week in the probation period.

Rate: 20.0 - 25.0 hours

Duties and expectations include:

- 3 levels of Apartment Management

- Security & Monitoring System for tracking tenants' In and Out Activity, FOB Control.

- Issue Notices and take records for internal management

General Secretary

- Email Filing

- Accounting Raw material Filing

- Payroll & Payables

- Receivables

- Payroll tax filing and reporting

- WCB filings and reporting

- Tax filing and reporting

- Monthly credit card reconciliations

- Monthly company reconciliations and financial reports

- Year-end compilations for the accountant

Experience in Excel & Quick Book Accounting software is a priority considered!
