Sincere Real Estate Services is hiring a Junior Property Accountant to accommodate the rapid growth and oncoming new business.

Responsibilities include:

- assist financial statement preparation for a portfolio of 1000 units.

- Preparation of supporting working papers

- Work collaboratively with Property Managers, admin team, leasing managers and a very strong accounting team

- monthly and Yearly statement

- Account receivable

- Rent collecting

- Liaison with bankers

Requirements:

- 1 year in an accounting position 

- Accounting degree, designation or diploma

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a large-volume, fast-paced environment

- Has a 'do what it takes attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in team environment

- Has proven efficiency in Excel, Word and accounting software. buildium is an asset
