Full-Time Intermediate Accountant Needed

We are a fast-developing real estate brokerage based in Vancouver, BC, our businesses expand in residential & commercial trading services and rental management. We are looking for an intermediate accountant that can help us in the following duties,

• Responsible for daily accounting, including reconciling accounts payable.
• Check accounting accuracy in prepared documents.
• Assisting the year end and tax reporting  
• Prepare Government Remittances and Payments
• Collecting and verifying rental documents
• Prepare rental statements to landlords
• Preparing commission statements to agents
• Processing rent collection and payments
• Cutting cheques or processing EFT to vendors and agents
• Other work that’s assigned by the executive team

This is a full-time position. You will be working in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience Liaising with External Accounting Firms
• Capable of meeting deadlines, good time management skill
• Able to muti-task, great coordinating skill
• Familiar with common Accounting Software like QuickBooks
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Familiar with Lone Wolf (Real Estate Software) and Buildium (Rental Management Software) is a great asset
• Mandarin is a very important asset
