Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Richmond office.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate and maintain positive relationships with carrier, third-party logistics companies, and customers
• Update customers effectively with the latest shipment status
• Ensure to provide superior customer service via phone and email
• Organize and generate shipping documents
• Coordinate with warehouse and trucker in processing customer order instructions

Language: English and Chinese

Requirement: at least 1 year of relevant experience inside/outside Canada
