We have two clinics, one in Burnaby (part of The Amazing Brentwood) and the other in North Vancouver (conveniently located on Marine Drive).

Position:

Patient Care Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who has a passion and love for the beauty industry. Our clinic prides itself on helping clients navigate their beauty journey every step of the way.

- Welcoming patients, answering calls, booking and confirming appointments, replying to emails

- Learning about our products and services so you can speak about them confidently

- Daily cleaning and organization, ensuring the front desk and waiting areas are tidy and presentable

- Recommend retail products to customers based on client needs

- Ad hoc

The Ideal Candidate:

- Proficient in English and Mandarin

- Experience with WeChat, Little Red Book and other social media

- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Desire to grow within the position and our company

- Be an energetic team player
